Melissa Pattiiha is an International Certified Recruitment Analyst with over 8 years of experience in Executive Search across various industries. Throughout her professional career, Ms. Pattiiha has worked with local and international Human Resources consultancy firms, as well as IT and Professional Advisory Services companies. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, she was the Team Lead-Recruiter at a Human Resources Consultancy firm in Jakarta.
