Pedersen & Partners grows its APAC team by adding Kharisma Sabandar as Principal

Kharisma Sabandar is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Mr. Sabandar is a seasoned search consultant with a focus on the Industrial, Consumer, and Technology & Digital sectors. His experience is predominantly based in Indonesia, and across ASEAN in general. Mr. Sabandar started his search career with a UK-based consulting group, for whom his last role was Assistant Division Head for the Industrial Practice in Indonesia, where he was instrumental in building leadership teams for clients seeking to establish or grow their businesses in Indonesia. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Sabandar served as Director for a Singapore-based Executive Search firm covering ASEAN markets, where he partnered with clients across the Industrial, Consumer, and Digital practices. Mr. Sabandar has a Business Management BA from Newcastle University in the UK, and speaks Indonesian and English.
