Pedersen & Partners grows its India team by adding Biprashish Roy and Sunandan Bhanja Chaudhury
August 3, 2022 – New Delhi, India – Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 54 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, is pleased to welcome Biprashish Roy as a Client Partner, Head of the Industrial Practice, India, and Sunandan Bhanja Chaudhury as a Client Partner. They will be responsible for managing client relationships and executing senior level recruitment assignments across India and will play a key role in the continued strengthening of the firm on the regional markets.
Biprashish Roy is a Client Partner and the Head of the Industrial Practice in India at Pedersen & Partners. Mr. Roy began his career of more than 20 years in sales and business development with large multinationals and Indian business houses. Thereafter, he moved to the Executive Recruitment industry and graduated into Executive Search, where he gained diverse industry exposure over more than 20 years across the Engineering, Chemicals, Telecom, Energy, Infrastructure, Logistics, Consumer, Pharma and Life Science sectors. During his career in Executive Search, Mr. Roy served as the Head of Consumer & Retail Practice for an international Executive Search firm. While working in the Executive Search industry, Mr. Roy helped to develop The Art of Living Foundation, one of a small number of consulting organisations to the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.
Sunandan Bhanja Chaudhury is a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners, based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Mr. Chaudhury has over 25 years of C-Suite leadership and over 10 years of Executive Search experience. He has expertise in building talent pipelines and driving succession planning for some of the largest corporates in India, together with strategic planning for leading brands. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Chaudhury held top leadership roles in communications MNCs: President and Country Manager for Portland India, Senior VP for McCann Erickson, and VP in J Walter Thompson. As an Executive Search Consultant, he has partnered closely with large Consumer Goods & Retail, Education, Industry and Media conglomerates to help strengthen their leadership teams. Mr. Chaudhury has published articles in leading business media covering a variety of issues including the challenges faced by CEOs, new perspectives for search consultants, human resources, and the impact of diversity.
