Pedersen & Partners strengthens German presence with appointment of Lara Maria as Principal

Ms. Maria brings nearly two decades of Executive Search experience across the EMEA region, specializing in first-line management and C-level appointments for international corporations and fast-growing companies.
Throughout her career, Ms. Maria has successfully led senior-level recruitment projects across multiple industries, including Life Sciences, Consumer, Retail, Industrial, and Technology. With a strong focus on strategic business development, talent identification, and client relationship management, she has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality executive search solutions in complex, multicultural environments.
Ms. Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Sociology from the University of Bucharest. She is a Certified Career Coach and has completed the Fundamentals of Coaching with the Solutions Focused Academy. She also holds multiple professional accreditations in leadership and assessment methodologies. She speaks fluent Romanian and English and conversational German.
