She is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience, specializing in global talent acquisition strategies, management diagnostics, and client engagement. Kerry Ann has a strong track record of success. Earlier in her tenure, Kerry Ann served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Bridgestone, South Africa. In this role, she managed all recruitment processes and activities for the region, successfully launching a recruitment system and managing graduate recruitment programs. Prior to that, she worked with an international employment agency, overseeing placements from Senior Management to Executive Level Professionals for various disciplines, including Consumer Sales, IT Sales, Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain, Engineering, Human Resources, and Legal.
