A seasoned Executive Search professional, he has a successful track record of placing and advising senior executives across a diverse range of sectors, including Energy, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Technology. Mr. Luncasu has more than two decades of consulting experience, primarily in Human Resources and Leadership Development, as well as several years of experience teaching human resources and organisational behaviours courses at HEC Montreal and Concordia University. Prior to his current role, he worked in the Executive Search industry in Montreal, Canada. Mr. Luncasu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest, a Master of Administration from the Francophone Institute for Administration in Sofia, Bulgaria and the University of Nantes, France, and a MSc in Human Resources Management from HEC Montreal, Canada. In addition to his native Romanian, Mr. Luncasu speaks fluent English and French.
