Pedersen & Partners welcomes Mirjam Schwarz to the German team
January 8, 2024 - Munich, Germany – Pedersen & Partners, a leading global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 54 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mirjam Schwarz as a Principal, based in Stuttgart.
Mirjam’s career path has been marked by significant milestones in Management Consulting, Sales, and Human Resources, as well as over 20 years of experience in project management. Mirjam specialises in worldwide searches for top-tier talent, particularly in the automotive, electrical engineering and wholesale sectors. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mirjam ran a boutique Executive Search firm for nearly eight years, where she focused on executive search, management consulting, and bespoke coaching for professionals and companies in generational transition. Before pivoting to Executive Search, Mirjam held positions at IBM, Siemens Solutions & Services, and O’Neal Europe, where she was responsible for developing and implementing balanced scorecards, coordinating international recruitment, and overseeing departments such as HR, IT, Finance and Logistics.
Mirjam holds a degree in IT Systems Management from the Technical College of Business Administration and Data Processing in Stuttgart. She is also an MCSE Microsoft Certified System Engineer, and a certified Psychological Management Trainer and Individual Coach.
