Annelore Bergman is an experienced Executive Search professional, focused on general management and other senior-level assignments for multinational companies, with deep expertise in Luxury & Fashion retail, FMCG, and B2B. Prior to her search career, Ms. Bergman built up a wealth of international and intercultural experience within multinational Marketing and Sales organisations. Ms. Bergman is passionate about sustainable management, leadership, talent, recruiting, and connecting the right people and organisations. Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Bergman worked for several international executive search firms. Her last assignment was for an Agrifood business-focused Executive Search boutique, in the position of Senior Partner Switzerland.
