Reinier H. Labadie joins Pedersen & Partners as Client Partner, enhancing the firm’s operations in Switzerland

October 1, 2024 - Zurich, Switzerland – Pedersen & Partners, a leading global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 56 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Reinier H. Labadie as Client Partner in Zürich.

With over 25 years of management experience working with Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Labadie will bring his international expertise in strategic planning, organizational transformation, process improvement, internal audit, risk management, compliance, coaching, and leadership consulting. He will also leverage his extensive experience in the hospitality, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), not-for-profit, and high-tech sectors.

Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Labadie was a Managing Partner with a global boutique firm providing coaching, leadership consulting, and leadership development services, and held various leadership positions with top global consulting firms, including EY and Deloitte, where he successfully served large multinational clients and developed new markets.
